Office Suites In Building At Wynnum, Brisbane, For Sale

By Aaron Hivon
Office suites with panoramic bay and city views in an iconic building at Wynnum on Brisbane’s bayside are being offered for sale by Ray White Commercial.
The suites in Flinders House at 182 Bay Terrace, Wynnum, are being marketed by Nathan Moore, Michael Keddy and Jonathon Burrowes of Ray White Commercial Bayside.
Nathan Moore said Flinders House is located in the Wynnum CBD and the six storey building has recently been refurbished.
“This is an opportunity to invest or owner-occupy in an iconic building with views of Moreton Bay and the Brisbane city skyline,” he said.
“Suites range in size from 62 sqm to whole floor plates of up to 253 sqm. The building offers designated on-site car parking while train and bus parking is within walking distance. Disabled access and amenities are also provided.”
Michael Keddy said a number of suites were being offered with tenants in place.
“There are many suites with secure, long term tenants in place at yields reflecting eight per cent nett,” he said.
“We don’t expect these suites to be on the market for very long. Suites are priced from $217,000, excluding GST.
Wynnum is located on the shores of Moreton Bay and is approximately 16km east of the Brisbane CBD.
