Local agent and property management team recognised among best in Ray White Commercial

At the highly competitive Ray White Commercial annual awards, local agent, Nathan Moore of Ray White Commercial Bayside, was ranked the Number 1 Salesperson Internationally in terms of Number of Transactions.

Recognising performance based on number of sales and leasing, the top five agents in the Ray White Commercial network were awarded.

Nathan Moore said being named among the best performing agents in the Ray White Group was a huge honour. “I am so thrilled – my team and I have worked extraordinarily hard and it is so wonderful to be recognised as one of the best performers not only in commercial, but within the whole Group.

“This award not only recognises the success of the past year, it is also great motivation to work even harder in the coming year,” he said.

Nathan was also honoured as an Elite performer, ranking him among the top two percent of Ray White Commercial agents in the country. The Alan White Elite Performer list is the Ray White Group’s prestigious ranking that recognises agents who gross more than $600,000 in commission over the past fiscal year, or settle 65 or more sales.

Recognising the quality of Property Management service, the team took home the Property Management Team of the Year award.

Senior Commercial Property Manager, Liz Hudson, said the accolade was a testament to the hard work of the past year. “We are honoured to receive this award. Our whole team has worked extremely hard to make sure our landlords and tenants are fully supported.

“Probably most importantly, we are so proud to be able to offer our community the very best service,” she said. Ray White Commercial Bayside also ranked third internationally for the Property Management Business of the Year award.

Sales and Leasing Executive, Jonathan Burrowes was honoured at the Group’s annual awards for his loyalty and service after 10 years with Ray White. Jonathon said the award was a wonderful way to celebrate the career milestone.

“It has been an incredible and rewarding career with Ray White and I am so honoured to be recognised for the years I have spent here.”

Both Jonathan Burrowes and Benn Woods were recognised as Premier Members for the financial year 2019/2020.

The business owners, Nathan Moore and Rebecca Meredith were also honoured as the Premier Business Leaders for 2019/2020 financial year.

Ray White managing director Dan White said the rankings illustrated the energy within the Group. “It fills me with immense pride every year when our commercial awards are announced and our people are recognised – to see so many individuals performing so well within the group can be put down to hard work and dedication.

“So many of our members are achieving and exceeding personal bests. Some exciting results for our group overall,” Mr White said.
