Rebecca has developed a comprehensive knowledge of business best practices from her extensive management experience in Australia, Japan and the UK.  Her 8 years within the RWC corporate team has provided her with a unique understanding of the tools and resources available to efficiently manage the business and promote continued growth. During her 6 years in Bayside she has grown the team by over 50%.

Rebecca is a results-orientated executive and is driven to build the practice into the best it can be. By combining all the right systems, technology and processes she strives to deliver a dynamic staff culture and a superior experience for clients.
