2/2-4 Rickey Street, Capalaba

A long term landlord had on-sold their core trading business and was self-managing the site located within ‘The Hub’ professional services building.

Unfortunately, the relationship between the landlord and the new owner of the business had soured to a point where the parties were unable to reach agreement on commercial terms for a new lease.

The landlord discussed the situation with Nathan Moore, and promptly appointed Ray White Commercial Bayside to act on their behalf with the firm objective of finalising a new lease on appropriate commercial terms.

Calling on his many years of experience, Nathan successfully conducted a series of diplomatic and tactical negotiations where he was able to soothe the outstanding issues; he proposed creative solutions to address the hurdles, and was ultimately able to get the landlord and the tenant to reach a mutual agreement for a new medium-term lease, where both parties were reassured by the outcome.

If you need help navigating complex commercial property matters, or advice on buying, selling, leasing or managing commercial property, call the team at Ray White Commercial Bayside.
