1422 New Cleveland Road, Capalaba

The award-winning sales and leasing team at Ray White Commercial Bayside sold this 9,838m² site to new owners in mid-2021.  With multiple buildings and a total NLA of 1,480m², the property was subject to a number of short term leases to tenants who had been in place for an extended period, and no longer presented to a standard commensurate with the new property owner’s requirements.

Working closely with our highly skilled Property Management team, we were able to progressively vacate those legacy tenants, clean the site, and conduct some broad ranging repairs and maintenance to restore the facilities to a more appropriate standard.

Following completion of the improvements, we undertook a customised leasing campaign and successfully re-let all 6 yards on significantly more favourable terms, providing the lessor with a much stronger investment.

If you’re looking for assistance with buying, selling, leasing or managing commercial property in Brisbane’s eastern suburbs, call the team at Ray White Commercial Bayside today to find out how we can help you reach your commercial property goals.
