Ray White Commercial Bayside Appoints New Property Managers

Ray White Commercial Bayside Welcomes New Team Members

Ray White Commercial Bayside is pleased to announce two new appointments to its management team.
Ray White Commercial Bayside Director Nathan Moore said the recruitment of both Jenny Giuffrida and Abe Crowther to commercial property management positions was an invaluable addition to the Capalaba-based agency.
“Jenny has more than 18 years’ experience in property management working in both Queensland and New South Wales for Institutional Centre Management companies,” Nathan Moore said.
“Abe first commenced his career in residential property management with Ray White in 2011. He has worked his way up from assistant property manager to property manager of the residential division and has recently decided to pursue a career in commercial real estate.”
Jenny Giuffrida said she was looking forward to the transition and working closely with the ray White Commercial Bayside team to achieve optimum results.
“I’m committed to providing excellent customer service through transparent and open communication and believe my widespread experience will be a tremendous advantage when providing clients with exceptional service,” she said.
“My past positions have required a clear understanding of lease matters, compliance, budgeting and arrears management.”
Abe Crowther said he was looking forward to new challenges in the commercial sector.
“I’ve always had a keen interest in commercial property and it wasn’t until attending a commercial conference at the Gold Coast that I decided to move from residential and try my luck in the industry,” he said.
“The Capalaba office is a great place to start and I’m really fortunate to be working with such a successful team.”
Nathan Moore said both employees brought a wealth of experience and support to the Bayside office and it would be a pleasure to have them on board.
