Cleveland Warehouse Facility Sold for $1.63 Million

A freestanding industrial warehouse facility at Cleveland on Brisbane’s bayside has been sold by Ray White Commercial for $1.63 million.

The property at 53 Enterprise Street, Cleveland, was sold to a local owner-occupier by Ray White Commercial Bayside’s Jonathon Burrowes on behalf of a local investor.

Jonathon Burrowes said the property was sold as a vacant possession but had until recently been leased by the Queensland Ambulance Service.

“This is modern, freestanding warehouse building of approximately 1,526 sqm on a substantial site of approximately 3,041 sqm,” he said.

“The building offers 1,108 sqm of factory floor, 114 sqm of load bearing mezzanine, 196 sqm of office space over two levels and an attached 108 sqm secured, lock up storage building.

“It’s zoned ‘heavy industrial’ and includes extensive 3 phase power, compressed air lines throughout, multiple roller doors and staff amenities as well as plenty of on-site parking.”
