Capalaba Motor Dealership Site for Sale

Capalaba Motor Dealership Site for Sale

A purpose-built car dealership facility at Capalaba in Brisbane’s bayside region is being offered for sale by Ray White Commercial.

The property at 115 Redland Bay Road, Capalaba, is being offered for sale by Tender by Ray White Commercial Queensland Director of Sales and Marketing, Peter Alexander, and Ray White Commercial Brisbane Bayside Director, Nathan Moore.

Peter Alexander said the property was formerly occupied by a Volkswagen and a Ford car dealership and was positioned in an established Capalaba retail showroom precinct.

He said the approximately 9,200 sqm site featured two detached buildings with a combined gross floor area of approximately 4,793 sqm.

“Both buildings comprise a front show room, various sales offices, workshops, rear storage areas, wash bays, service bays, warehouses and hardstand areas,” Peter Alexander said.

“The site also features large hardstand display areas and ample car parking for approximately 119 vehicles.

“Furniture, workshop equipment and tools are also available for purchase with the property.”

Nathan Moore said the property presented a great opportunity to secure a substantial development in a strategic location with high exposure to Moreton Bay Rd.

“Capalaba is approximately 20km south-east of the Brisbane CBD and is widely regarded as the commercial and retail centre for Redland City,” he said.

“The site is also within walking distance of two sub-regional shopping centres and is approximately 8km from Cleveland, the gateway to the Moreton Bay Islands.”

The property is being offered for sale by Tender, closing Thursday, April 2, 2015.

The site is being offered for sale under instructions from Anthony Connelly, Jamie Harris and John Cronin of McGrathNicol as Receivers and Managers.
