Hugh’s relationship with the developers began in 2022 when he successfully sold their 15-unit project at 22-24 Daintree Drive, Redland Bay.  Impressed by his performance, the developers engaged him to market their next project at 60 Jardine Drive – an 888sqm single freehold industrial unit.  Their continued trust in Hugh culminated in his appointment to market their most recent and ambitious development at 77 Jardine Drive.

This project presented unique challenges and opportunities.  Situated across two lots, the site was transformed into a thoughtfully-designed, multi-unit industrial complex.  Hugh played an integral role during the planning phase, offering strategic advice to align unit sizes, features, and finishes with market demand.  The final design featured 16 units ranging from 139sqm* to 357sqm* with high-demand inclusions such as electric container-height roller doors, 3-phase power, pedestrian access, self-contained amenities, and excellent truck access.

Despite unseasonable weather causing significant construction delays, Hugh’s skillful communication ensured buyers remained well-informed and confident.  With one-third of the units sold off-the-plan prior to lock-up stage, maintaining trust and managing expectations became paramount.  Hugh’s consistent updates and responsiveness fostered strong buyer relationships, even in challenging circumstances.

To maximise exposure of the remaining units, Hugh collaborated with the RWC Bayside marketing team to craft an innovative multi-channel marketing campaign. This bespoke strategy leveraged online platforms to target local and out-of-area buyers, highlighting the development’s investment potential and driving significant enquiry.

This tailored activity resulted in all available units selling for a combined total of $8,300,000, with settlements completed before Christmas 2024 – delivering exceptional outcomes for the developers.
