21/28-32 Smith Street, Capalaba

This multi-purpose industrial warehouse/workshop was owned by Cris from Ozrite Blinds, a long-standing client of Jonathon Burrowes, Senior Sales & Leasing Executive at Ray White Commercial Bayside.

Jonathon and Cris began their commercial property partnership over 10 years ago when Jonno leased a humble 100m²* shed in Veronica Street to Cris and his fledgling business.  The business continued to grow, as did the client-agent relationship, with Jonno selling the 350m²* strata titled property at 21/28-32 Smith Street to Cris in 2014.

After recently purchasing an even larger facility to accommodate his ever-growing business, Cris appointed Jonathon to sell the Smith Street property.  Given the lack of industrial stock available at the time, Jonathon strategically listed the property without a price.

The professional marketing campaign had online portals dominating the channel mix, and generated 20 quality enquiries.  Jonathon negotiated with interested parties, with the property selling to local investors for $640,000.
