2/98-110 Bloomfield Street, Cleveland

The property owner of Lot 1 in the centre had expressed an interest in acquiring the adjoining lot, with a view to amalgamating the whole complex into one larger allotment, capable of future redevelopment.

The relationship between the two owners (the only two owners in the Body Corporate) was strained, and despite repeated attempts to negotiate, the parties could not reach an agreement.

Nathan Moore of Ray White Commercial Bayside was engaged to navigate a manageable solution on behalf of both parties.  Despite some initial reluctance, Nathan was able to reach a commercial outcome that benefited both parties, and an unconditional contract was executed, with settlement effected in late-December 2021.
