1 & 2/107 Old Cleveland Road, Capalaba

Following a catastrophic fire, the premises at 89-107 Old Cleveland Road, Capalaba was completely destroyed.  As the Property Managers of the entire site, the team at RWC Bayside played a pivotal role in navigating the complex aftermath of the fire. Collaborating closely with the property owner, insurers, and builders, we coordinated the reconstruction efforts, transforming adversity into an opportunity to create modern, high-profile spaces in the coveted Bayside location.

One of the standout success stories of this reconstruction was our partnership with I-med Radiology. Their specific and substantial requirements, including a significant electrical supply, posed a unique challenge. We engaged proactively with Energex, managing the intricacies of securing a pad-mounted transformer to meet I-med’s specifications. Despite delays in the power supply, our dedication and strategic planning led to the rebuild project being completed in May 2023.

The tenancy was handed over to I-med in July 2023 for customised fitout.  They now occupy a brand new, state-of-the-art radiology facility with modern infrastructure; offering a first-class experience for their clients.

The rebuild and revitalisation of 1 & 2/107 Old Cleveland Road, Capalaba is a demonstration of RWC Bayside’s strength of collaboration and our ability to turn challenges into opportunities.
