Ben Byron is a results-driven Asset & Facilities Manager with seven years of experience.  Known for his problem-solving abilities and approachable nature, Ben excels in managing maintenance projects, contractor relationships, and property inspections, ensuring smooth operations for both tenants and property owners.

In his role at RWC Bayside, Ben plays a key part in overseeing capital projects, maintenance programs, and property upkeep. With a diploma in project management and a background as an Asset & Facilities Manager, Ben has successfully implemented long-term asset management plans, always striving to optimise efficiency and deliver cost-effective solutions.

Combining practical experience with strong project management skills, Ben is dedicated to maintaining high standards across all properties we manage.  His commitment to excellence and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities make him a valued and trusted member of the RWC Bayside team.
