Hugo Melendez

Hugo Melendez is a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Property Operations Manager with two years of industry experience and a strong foundation in facilities and contractor management.  Prior to joining the team, Hugo worked with CBRE as a Property Administrator, where he developed a comprehensive understanding of property operations and on-site maintenance.  His role at RWC Bayside sees him overseeing facilities management, coordinating maintenance projects, and ensuring smooth and efficient contractor engagement across commercial assets.

With a diverse academic background, Hugo holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Biotechnology and Microbiology from QUT, as well as a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.  His multidisciplinary education enhances his problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking, skills he brings to his everyday work in managing property operations effectively and strategically.
