Rachael Bowkett is a highly experienced Commercial Property Trust Accountant with 18 years in the property industry.  Her background includes senior roles as a Residential Property Team Leader and Trust Account Manager, where she developed a deep understanding of financial administration and trust compliance.  Her extensive industry knowledge and steady hand make her a key asset in managing the financial responsibilities that come with commercial property portfolios.

In her current role, Rachael oversees a wide range of trust accounting functions including rental invoicing, arrears management, processing payments, and financial reporting.  She ensures all tenant and landlord transactions are handled with accuracy and that all compliance standards are met.  Rachael also plays an important role in managing reimbursable leasing costs and reconciling trust accounts, providing clear and timely reporting that supports transparency and informed decision-making.
