With over 35 years in real estate, Marsha Derry brings extensive industry knowledge and a long-standing commitment to property management. Holding a sales agent’s licence, her career has included team leadership roles and business ownership, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both the market and her clients’ needs.

Since beginning her property management career in 1990, Marsha has developed extensive specialist expertise.  She is known for her proactive approach, clear communication and focus on building lasting client relationships. An integral member of the RWC Bayside Property Management team, Marsha plays a key role in managing property portfolios and supporting business growth.
