Liz Thurlow

A highly respected and commercially focused property professional, Liz Thurlow is the Senior Commercial Property Manager at RWC Bayside. With over 20 years of experience delivering measurable success in Queensland commercial property, she has held leadership positions at Westfield, Niecon Plaza & Tower Broadbeach and The Marine Village at Sanctuary Cove.

Liz manages a commercial portfolio of 780+ tenancies in office space, retail and industrial properties. She’s proud to hold the title of RWC 'Property Manager of the Year 2023/24', and to be part of RWC’s ‘Commercial Management Team of the Year 2019/20 and 2020/21’.

Known for building trusted relationships and consistently exceeding customer expectations, Liz uses her experience in negotiation, mediation, leadership and risk management to deliver successful outcomes for her clients.
