Justin Marsden is a seasoned real estate professional with a remarkable 20-year career in the property industry. Within his vast experience, Justin has excelled in a range of executive-level positions across Queensland and New South Wales, including sales agent, auctioneer, partner, principal, and state manager. Justin's unwavering commitment to excellence and his exceptional leadership skills have helped him achieve an outstanding track record of success in the industry. 

Beginning his career in real estate in 2000 as a salesperson with Ray White, Justin ultimately became a principal in the eastern suburbs of Brisbane, where he built a highly successful business.

Justin is a licensed, prolific, and highly acclaimed auctioneer, having successfully closed thousands of auctions.  Notably, he was the Senior auctioneer at Ray White Corporate for 4+ years and earned a position in the prestigious REIQ Sales Chapter.

After his success with Ray White, Justin spent 3½ years as State Manager (Queensland & Northern New South Wales) within a national property franchise group. In this leadership role, Justin assisted principals with training, recruitment, and the implementation of best business practices across the full suite of real estate services.

More recently, Justin has operated as an independent contractor, auctioneer, and coach across Queensland, working closely with principals to help them develop their business and their team, and with salespeople to help them develop their skills and techniques.

Justin has experience selling across multiple asset classes, throughout diverse marketplaces and price ranges.  His expertise in negotiations both on the auction floor and in sales campaigns has earned him an exceptional reputation.

Applying all the skills he’s developed through his many and varied executive-level positions, Justin will now focus on transacting commercial property.  His extraordinary knowledge-base, coupled with having owned, leased and sold his own commercial assets in the past, means Justin is in the unique position to truly understand commercial property from every angle. Whether it’s a $10 million sale or a $10,000 lease, Justin is a first-class operator with unrivalled experience in managing the subtleties and complexities of property sales and leasing.
