Grace Matthews

Grace Matthews, a proud Redlands Coast local, stands out as a recent graduate from TAFE Senior College in Alexandra Hills. Demonstrating a natural aptitude for mathematics, Grace not only excelled academically but also developed an interest in  commercial real estate during a career workshop. It was at this event that RWC Bayside director, Nathan Moore, was a panellist and inspired Grace to pursue a career in the industry.

Known for her confident demeanour, Grace brings a positive and enthusiastic attitude to our team. Eager to learn and always up for a challenge, she is energetic and has a solutions-focused mindset. Her accuracy, analytical skills and ability to prioritise tasks make her well-suited for her role as an administrator supporting our award-winning Property Management team in all facets of management including assisting with budget preparation and financial reporting

In her new position at RWC Bayside, Grace is excited to contribute to the team's commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
