Danny Dalton

Danny Dalton brings more than 16 years of experience in project and facilities management to his role as Commercial Property Operations Manager at RWC Bayside. Throughout his career he has delivered a wide range of operational and maintenance projects, including an award-winning signage installation recognised as the 2016 LED ASGA Sign of the Year. Danny was also selected to work internationally, spending time in Eastwood City, Manila, where he assisted in training new team members.

At RWC Bayside, Danny oversees building operations, contractor coordination, maintenance works, compliance and safety across the property portfolio. A team player with strong attention to detail, he is known for his clear communication, proactive mindset and practical problem-solving skills. Danny’s experience and organised approach help ensure properties operate efficiently while supporting both tenants and property owners.
